I was going to skip writing tonight. Then, I was going to sit down and get a few words while Shoryl ran downstairs to do laundry.
About 600 words later, and I'm stunned and delighted at the plot twist that just cropped up from my ever helpful (when not obnoxious) subconscious. It's a beautiful thing, and I never could have plotted it.
I'm now within spittin' distance of 4000 words, and about half done with Chapter 2. Things are looking up. Someone remind me of this post when I'm in the middle and stuck? Kthx.
